Vintage 1847 Rogers Bros. silverplate teapot featuring a bulbous body with ornate floral and scroll repoussé decoration throughout. The vessel is raised on four decorative feet and fitted with a hinged lid topped by a finial. The curved handle and elegantly formed spout are embellished with matching floral motifs, exemplifying the Victorian-inspired styling for which Rogers Bros. silverplate hollowware is well known.
