Vintage black and white Hollywood publicity photograph featuring legendary actress Marilyn Monroe alongside actor Tom Ewell in a playful scene from the celebrated 1955 romantic comedy The Seven Year Itch. The photograph captures Monroe wearing a fitted, strapless, textured dress while holding a long, curved kitchen utensil, with Ewell standing closely behind her, smiling and holding a small object. A bag prominently labeled Potato Chips appears in the foreground, adding a humorous touch to the charming domestic scene.

Monroe's signature platinum blonde hairstyle, radiant smile, and expressive pose perfectly capture the lighthearted glamour and comedic appeal that made her one of Hollywood's most recognizable stars. The detailed interior setting, decorative windows, and period household accessories contribute to the nostalgic atmosphere of this classic mid-century cinematic image.

Directed by Billy Wilder and adapted from George Axelrod's successful Broadway play, The Seven Year Itch was released by 20th Century Fox in 1955. The film starred Monroe as the Girl Upstairs opposite Ewell as Richard Sherman and remains one of the most celebrated romantic comedies of Hollywood's Golden Age.

The reverse bears a Dell Publishing Co., Inc. Library archival stamp, accompanied by handwritten identification referencing The Seven Year Itch and additional editorial notations. A red Stills marking and a printed archival usage form with handwritten publication information are also present. Extensive remnants of earlier mounting adhesive are visible across portions of the reverse. These archival features document the photograph's history within a publishing photo library and add historical interest to this vintage Hollywood collectible.

An appealing addition to collections of Marilyn Monroe memorabilia, Tom Ewell photography, original motion picture stills, Dell Publishing archives, and classic American cinema memorabilia.
