This 19th-century dessert or fruit service set includes 12 forks and 12 knives, showcasing the ornate craftsmanship of the Imperial Russian era. Each piece features heavy silver handles decorated with intricate neoclassical scrollwork, floral motifs, and a central cartouche. The tines and blades are finished with a rich gold wash (vermeil) to protect the metal from fruit acids. The set is housed in its original velvet-lined presentation case, which bears a green label for the current owner, S. Tsybin.
