This 19th-century French chandelier features a bronze frame supporting a cascading arrangement of faceted cut crystal beads and glass rods. The upper section is composed of numerous strands of crystal beads that drape from a decorative bronze canopy down to a central circular tier. The lower portion displays a fringe of elongated glass rods interspersed with frosted glass drop accents. The interior houses multiple light sockets arranged to illuminate the glass elements from within.
