This striking Art Deco composition is an impressive large-scale interpretation after Tamara de Lempicka’s iconic 1927 masterpiece, "Andromeda." Executed on a heavy, custom-cut shaped wood panel with a classic arched top, the piece captures the quintessential blend of cubist-influenced futurism and neo-classical sensuality that defined Lempicka's signature style.

The central subject features a monumental female nude in a dynamic, contorted pose, her wrists bound by heavy stylized chains in a modern reimagining of the classical myth. Her form is rendered with bold, dramatic chiaroscuro and a smooth, sculptural luminosity that mimics the polished surfaces of machine-age design. Behind her, a sharp, geometric cityscape of skyscrapers rises in monochromatic tones of grey, black, and white, creating a stark, architectural contrast to the warm, voluminous flesh tones of the figure. The arched top of the panel echoes the structural motifs of Deco architecture, making this a powerful and highly decorative statement piece.
