An antique silver plated English fish flatware set including a fish knife and matching serving fork by Charles James Allen & Sidney Darwin of Sheffield, England. Circa 1893, the set features elegant wide-form serving pieces with delicate engraved decoration along the edges and cream-colored handles. The knife bears full hallmarks, including the “CB & S” mark with hourglass symbol associated with the Sheffield makers active from around 1880.
Dimensions: Largest approximately 11 x 1 inches; smallest approximately 9 x 1 inches.
Condition: Antique condition with wear consistent with age and use, including surface scratches, tarnish, silver plate wear, and handling wear to blades and handles.
