A vintage carved white alabaster pedestal urn. The piece features a flared, trumpet-shaped vase or shade adorned with a carved acanthus leaf motif around the lower cup, resting upon a separate matching pedestal stand. The pedestal is designed with a dramatic spiral twist column that terminates in a tiered circular base detailed with matching carved foliate elements. The stone exhibits characteristic natural translucency and subtle white veining throughout.
