The deity is draped in flowing, traditional robes that spill over the highly detailed saddle cloth, which is cast with an intricate diaper pattern and framed by a studded border. Beside the elephant's front leg stands a small attendant boy holding an offering or symbolic implement. The entire sculpture is finished with a dark, rich lacquer coating that features pronounced, attractive areas of red under-lacquer bleeding through the surface—particularly on the faces, garments, elephant's ears, and legs—creating a dramatic polychrome effect. The underside reveals hollow-cast feet with small venting/mounting holes typical of early bronze foundry techniques, alongside an inventory sticker.
