An original three-piece collection of historical, Third Reich-era correspondence from June 1938, addressed to Reichsmarschall Hermann Göring and his wife, Emmy, congratulating them on the birth of their daughter, Edda Göring (born June 2, 1938). The collection features a mix of formal typed and personal handwritten letters from citizens across Germany, all closing with period-typical political salutations. Looted from a German military bunker by U.S. soldiers.

• Typed Letter from Weimar: Dated June 3, 1938, from Adolf Adams, formally typed on stationary and signed by the sender.

• Handwritten Letter on Grey-Green Paper: Dated June 3, 1938, sent from Berlin-Wilmersdorf, neatly penned across both sides of the sheet and signed by Frau Else Bröse (née Steinhoff) and Ernst Bröse.

• Handwritten Correspondence Card: Dated June 5, 1938, from Frau Babette Brückner of Nuremberg (written while in Bad Kissingen), written in traditional German script across the front and back.
