The artwork features a central pink KAWS-style "Companion" figure set against a background of a repeating Louis Vuitton-inspired monogram pattern. The word "DEATH" is rendered in bold, dripping red graffiti lettering behind the figure, while the character's face is obscured by a similar "DEATH" tag in red and black spray-paint style. The piece is hand-signed "DEATH" and dated "2020" in pencil to the lower left, numbered "14/100" to the lower right, and bears the artist's embossed blind stamp.
