English bone china oval serving platter in the Somerset pattern by Foley Bone China, produced by Donald Brindley. Decorated with a scalloped edge, delicate floral sprays in soft yellow, pink, blue, and gray tones, and accented with a gilt rim. Marked on the underside: "Somerset Established in 1850, Foley Bone China, Made in England by Donald Brindley." A coordinating serving piece for the Somerset dinner service.
