Surrealist composition titled "Forbidden Fruit," executed in tempera on paper. The work features a series of biomorphic and organic forms rendered in shades of burgundy, violet, gray, and blue, floating within an ethereal, dreamlike space. Characteristic of Esson's imaginative visual language, the composition blends abstract and figurative elements to create a psychologically charged and enigmatic image. Exhibited with accompanying identification label noting title, medium, date, and provenance from the Miguel A. Fleitas Collection.

Condition: Artwork appears to be presented under glass. Not examined out of frame. Minor wear to frame consistent with age and handling. Examination under UV light and out of frame recommended for a complete condition assessment.
