Description
This vibrant Haitian painting presents an expansive, lush mountainside village landscape rendered in a celebrated Cap-Haïtien style. The composition features a cluster of thatched-roof huts nestled among stylized, multi-toned green foliage and prominent tropical trees under a soft, hazy sky. Several figures, predominantly women wearing traditional white and blue dresses, are depicted going about daily life along the village paths, with some carrying vessels balanced on their heads.
