This commanding 27-inch tall architectural sculpture is a masterfully crafted example of Gothic Revival artistry. Hand-carved from a single piece of rich, warm-grained wood, the four-sided obelisk features intricate pierced fretwork and geometric cutouts—including quatrefoils and triangular motifs—that mirror the vaulted windows of a medieval cathedral.

The sculpture’s vertical silhouette is punctuated by tiered, upward-sweeping "crockets" along each corner, drawing the eye toward the crowning ornate fleur-de-lis finial at its apex. This finial serves as a focal point, lending the piece a regal and historical character. With a substantial 6-inch square base fitted with protective felt pads, this piece is perfectly suited for a mantel, pedestal, or floor display, offering a sophisticated blend of architectural depth and natural wood texture.
