Hawthorne Village “POW-MIA Express” commemorative HO-scale electric train set honoring American prisoners of war and military personnel missing in action. The train features patriotic POW/MIA imagery and the inscription “Remember the Fallen,” with additional commemorative graphics along the locomotive.
The POW-MIA Express collection was produced exclusively by Hawthorne Village / The Bradford Exchange and was designed as a working HO-gauge electric train. The series included a POW-MIA diesel locomotive, “You Are Not Forgotten” engine, Vista Dome car, and additional coordinating cars.
This example is presented in its fitted protective packaging and is accompanied by a section of HO-scale track as shown. Exact contents and operational status have not been verified.
