Modern decorative katana featuring a curved steel blade with a frosted aesthetic hamon. The hilt is constructed of dark polished wood secured by three brass pins, leading to a simple oval black tsuba (guard). The black lacquered scabbard (saya) includes a prominent brass throat piece (koiguchi) embellished with a high-relief casting of a samurai kabuto (helmet) and facial mask. A black cord wrap (sageo) is tied around the scabbard for traditional styling.
