The artwork features a pink KAWS-style "Companion" figure with "DEATH" written across its face in a graffiti-drip style. The figure holds a skateboard deck illustrated with Yoshitomo Nara's iconic "sleepless night" girl. The background is a dense, repeating pattern of the Louis Vuitton monogram interspersed with "DEATH" graffiti tags in red and black. The piece is hand-signed "DEATH" and dated "2020" in pencil to the lower left, numbered "34/100" to the lower right, and features the artist's embossed blind stamp.
