Authenticity Guarantee: If authenticity is disputed within 30 days of the sale, buyers may submit written documentation from a qualified expert. If deemed inauthentic, the item must be returned in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price. Refunds exclude transportation, insurance, or other related costs. During the Auction Bidding as Principal: By bidding, you accept responsibility for paying the purchase price, including buyer?s premium and applicable taxes. Phone Bids: Must be arranged by submitting the relevant form by 5:00 PM the day before the auction and approved by Williamson Auction Gallery. Online Bids: Williamson Auction Gallery is not liable for technical issues affecting online bidding. Reserve Price: Some lots are subject to a reserve price set by the seller. After the Auction Buyer's Premium: A 27% buyer?s premium applies, along with Florida sales tax (7%) and shipping charges. For online bidders, additional premiums may apply per platform terms. Non-Payment: Failure to pay within 10 business days may result in late fees, cancellation, resale of items, or other actions deemed necessary by Williamson Auction Gallery. Shipping: Items not picked up or arranged for within 10 calendar days will incur storage fees of $10 per item per day. Buyers are responsible for international customs and duties. Williamson Auction Gallery will declare the purchase price as the item?s value for customs purposes.
