Marvel UK expanded aggressively into the U.S.-format comic market during this period, beginning with Death’s Head II and developing an interconnected universe that included Warheads, Hell’s Angel/Dark Angel, Knights of Pendragon, Motormouth, and related titles. Death’s Head II debuted in 1992 with writing by Dan Abnett and artwork by Liam Sharp.
