Group of three large-format books relating to the history and heritage of the United States Marine Corps. Includes The Marines, published by the Marine Corps Heritage Foundation and edited by Edwin Howard Simmons and J. Robert Moskin; USMC: A Complete History by Col. Jon T. Hoffman, USMCR (Ret.); and a third decorative red hardcover volume with embossed cover design.

The Marines was published in 1998 as an illustrated, thematically organized history of the Corps, while USMC: A Complete History was published in 2002 by the Marine Corps Association and presents a chronological history from 1775 through 2002. USMC: A Complete History contains 656 pages with extensive historical photography and illustrations.
