An iconic and exceptional piece of French modern design, this authentic Lalique 'Chêne' table (French for "oak") was designed by Marc Lalique in 1951 for the "Art of Glass" exhibition in Paris. This stunning table features a heavy, clear and frosted crystal base, masterfully handcrafted in France to showcase intricate, finely chiseled oak leaf patterns on six rectangular panels.
The interplay of polished and satin finishes, enhanced by the reflective quality of the crystal base and mirrored bottom plate, creates a dynamic and luxurious visual effect that changes with the light.
