Description: Original painting by Mario Carreno and dated 47 in the lower right. The work features a boldly colored abstract cubist composition with a stylized seated figure surrounded by geometric forms and vivid blues, greens, and earth tones. Strong lines, layered textures, and dynamic shapes create an energetic mid-century modern aesthetic characteristic of Carreno’s work from the 1940s. Presented in a decorative gilt frame.
