This patinated bronze sculpture, titled Mountain Man after Frederic Remington, depicts a rugged frontiersman on horseback navigating a steep rocky descent. Finished with a rich dark brown patina. Inscribed with the signature Frederic Remington on the naturalistic bronze terrain base and mounted upon a tiered black-and-white veined marble base fitted with a brass title plaque reading MOUNTAIN MAN BY FREDERIC REMINGTON.
