This Myott, Son & Co. Corona tea service was produced in Staffordshire, England, and features the richly colored Imari-inspired Corona pattern. Decorated with vibrant shades of cobalt blue, iron red, and gilt accents surrounding ivory centers, the pattern reflects the influence of traditional Japanese porcelain while exemplifying the craftsmanship of early 20th-century English pottery. A discontinued pattern, this elegant assembled service is highly desirable among collectors of English china and is well suited for display or entertaining.
