This charming and elegant limited-edition lithograph by renowned Israeli artist Itzchak Tarkay captures a classic, stylized Parisian sidewalk café scene. The panoramic composition features multiple pairs of sophisticated patrons dressed in early-to-mid 20th-century attire, lounging at round café tables, conversing, and reading the newspaper. Tarkay’s celebrated aesthetic shines through the soft, undulating black outlines and a delicate yet vibrant watercolor-like palette dominated by pastel blues, soft terracottas, muted golds, and deep crimson accents. The background hints at a lively European streetscape with striped awnings and multi-toned buildings, all rendered with the artist's unique blend of French Post-Impressionism and structural cubist geometry that creates a nostalgic, peaceful social atmosphere.

The graphic print showcases excellent ink saturation and soft tonal gradients on fine art paper. It is numbered "76/330" in pencil in the lower left margin and bears Tarkay's distinctive cursive pencil signature in the lower right margin. The artwork is beautifully presented in a museum-quality framing package, double-matted with a wide white top mat and a thin gold inner accent mat that perfectly draws out the warm tones of the composition. The entire piece is housed behind protective glass in a substantial vintage gilt wood frame featuring a repeating beaded inner border and classic reeded decorative channels.
