This fine Persian Qum (Ghom) silk rug features three central serrated diamond medallions on a taupe field, each containing a stylized red floral motif. The field is densely populated with traditional "Boteh" or paisley-like patterns and geometric floral sprays. The inner and outer borders consist of repeating geometric guard bands and a main "Herati" style border with interconnected diamond shapes. Notably, the rug bears a hand-woven signature in the upper corner, typical of high-quality workshop productions from this region. The piece is finished with tied silk fringe at both ends.
