This monumental polychrome patinated bronze fountain sculpture depicts a graceful standing mermaid holding an open clam shell basin in front of her. Detailed with a textured turquoise-blue scaled tail, shell bodice, naturalistic bronze skin tones, and a gilded fin at the base. Signed W. Aribu on the base and equipped with internal fountain plumbing to allow water flow through the held shell basin.
