Hand-painted RCCL Portugal ceramic pedestal bowl featuring a pierced lattice rim and cobalt blue floral decoration on a white ground. The shallow bowl is raised on a matching pedestal foot adorned with scrolling floral motifs, while the reticulated border adds visual interest and craftsmanship. Produced in Portugal, this decorative centerpiece reflects the traditional blue and white ceramic artistry for which Portuguese pottery is well known.
