This 2026 original mixed-media assemblage by contemporary pop and street artist Mr. Brainwash utilizes a functional basketball backboard and hoop rim as its primary canvas. The work features a central stenciled figure modeled after classic street art motifs, mid-motion throwing a book titled "Art for Dummies," set against a vibrant background layered with paint splatters, spray paint drips, and iconic pop slogans including "NEVER GIVE UP!", "Follow Your Dreams," "FOREVER," and "keep it real." The metal rim is heavily splattered in multi-colored paint and fitted with a white net. The reverse carries the artist's signature, date, and studio inventory markings.
