Sterling silver pendant modeled after the iconic 1939 Walking Liberty Half Dollar design. The obverse depicts Liberty striding toward the rising sun while draped in the American flag and carrying branches of laurel and oak, one of the most celebrated designs in American coinage. Unlike the original United States Mint half dollar, which was struck in 90% silver, this example is a sterling silver (92.5%) jewelry piece created for wear as a pendant and fitted with an integral suspension loop. The classic design and substantial silver content make it an attractive addition to collections of coin-inspired jewelry and Americana.
