Monumental original expressionist oil painting by Russian-American artist Dmitry Strizhov, titled The Last Sun in "K" (Последнее солнце в "К"). Executed in 1990, the large-scale composition features vibrant abstract figures, a brass tuba horn, bold geometric color blocking, and a stylized letter "K". Signed and dated "Strizhov '90" in black lower right. Titled, dated, signed, and inscribed with medium and dimensions in pen on verso. Housed in a simple black wooden floating frame.
