Description
This charming, vintage-framed artwork is a painting in ink and color on silk, depicting a classical Chinese scholar's scene. The composition is highly reminiscent of the celebrated Northern Song Dynasty (11th Century) handscroll, Scholars Collating Classic Texts, originally attributed to the Tang Dynasty painter Yan Liben.
