This elegant teacup and saucer set is a classic example of British ceramic artistry from Gladstone China. Crafted in Longton, Stoke-on-Trent, the set is made of fine bone china and features a delicate all-over pattern of blue and pale green primrose-style flowers. The edges of both the cup and the scalloped saucer are finished with hand-applied gold gilding, as is the dainty handle. The underside bears the authentic Gladstone Bone China Made in England backstamp with the crown insignia, marking it as a quality piece of mid-century English teaware.

The set is in very good vintage condition with no chips or cracks. The floral transfer pattern remains vibrant and crisp. There is very minor thinning to the gold gilding on the rim of the cup and the top of the handle, consistent with age and gentle use. The glaze remains bright and free of crazing.
