This frosted crystal sculpture features a concave, "negative space" relief of a classical face, a signature technique of the British artist Roy Adzak. Created in collaboration with the renowned French glassworks Daum, the piece utilizes the pâte de verre or heavy lead crystal method to create an optical illusion where the recessed features appear to follow the viewer. The piece is dual-signed on the lower edge: "Daum France" and "Roy Adzak."
