This original World War II era German triangular pennant flag represents the "Landjahr" (Land Year) youth service program. Constructed from red and white cotton bunting, the pennant features a stitched central white diamond bearing a black swastika emblem set over a horizontal white stripe. Above the swastika, the Gothic script text "Landjahr" is chain-stitched in white thread. The flag exhibits period wear, including light staining, age discoloration, and minor fraying consistent with historical use and age.
