Alternatively, we can provide additional recommendations for third-party shipping services. All items must be picked up within 14 (fourteen) business days following their purchase date. Items not collected within this timeframe will be placed in storage at a fee of $10.00 per item per day. Storage fee's will be added to the bidders invoice and must be paid before the piece is released.
Pick up & Abandonment Policy: All purchases must be picked up within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase. Any item(s) not picked up within this fourteen (14) day period will be considered late and subject to additional storage fee's. Items remaining uncollected for thirty (30) calendar days from the day of purchase shall be deemed abandoned and full ownership of such items shall automatically transfer to Williamson Auction Gallery without further notice. No refunds, credits or compensation will be issues for abandoned items.

Pre-Auction Examination:
All items are available for preview prior to sale. We encourage buyers to inspect items in person or arrange for a third-party evaluation. All items are sold "As Is, Where Is", with no guarantees beyond those explicitly stated in these terms. All lots are described/ categorized via a combination of Artificial Intelligence & human review. Some AI descriptions may not be exact or some errors may not be caught, kindly contact for any clarifications. All lots are up for at least two weeks pre-auction, all questions and clarifications must be asked during that time. Any requests for additional information or pictures post sale will not be guaranteed. Authenticity Guarantee: If authenticity is disputed within 30 days of the sale, buyers may submit written documentation from a qualified expert. If deemed inauthentic, the item must be returned in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price. Refunds exclude transportation/shipping, insurance, or other related costs. Buyer will not be refunded for shipping to/from.
During the Auction:
Bidding as Principal: By bidding, you accept responsibility for paying the purchase price, including buyer's premium and applicable taxes.
Phone Bids: Must be arranged by submitting the relevant form by 5:00 PM the day before the auction and approved by Williamson Auction Gallery. Phone bids are at the discretion of Williamson Auction Gallery and on a case by case basis.
Online Bids: Williamson Auction Gallery is not liable for technical issues affecting online bidding.
Reserve Price: Some lots are subject to a reserve price set by the seller.
After the Auction Buyer's Premium: A 25.5% buyer's premium applies, along with Florida sales tax (7%) and shipping charges. For online bidders, additional premiums may apply per platform terms.
Non-Payment: Failure to pay within 14 business days may result in late fees, cancellation, resale of items, or other actions deemed necessary by Williamson Auction Gallery.
Shipping: Items not picked up or arranged for within 14 (fourteen) calendar days or purchase date will incur storage fees of $10 per item per day. Buyers are responsible for international customs and duties. Williamson Auction Gallery will declare the purchase price as the item's value for customs purposes.
Autopay:
If you have not contacted Williamson Auction Gallery to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
Sales Tax
Online purchases from Williamson Auction Gallery may be subject to sales tax. If you are tax-exempt, you can submit your tax-exempt certificate to prevent the collection of tax.
