Iconic La Chaise lounge chair designed by Charles and Ray Eames and manufactured by Vitra. This sculptural lounge features a one-piece white molded shell with the signature oval cutout, supported by polished steel rod supports on a cross-shaped natural oak base. Originally conceived in 1948 and inspired by Gaston Lachaise’s sculpture Floating Figure, the La Chaise has become one of the most recognizable works of twentieth-century furniture design. Retains the original Vitra labels dated January 23, 2003.
