Description: Offered is a powerful and intimate work by contemporary Cuban artist Johan García. Created in Havana at the turn of the millennium, "Amanecer contigo" is a masterclass in chiaroscuro and biological surrealism. The piece features a luminous female torso emerging from a deep, textured void, juxtaposed against a stark white orb that evokes the early morning sun or a fading moon.

García’s technical skill is on full display through the rich, velvety blacks and the delicate stippling used to render the soft contours of the human form. The composition is framed within an irregular, deckled-edge border, giving the artwork the appearance of a precious, unearthed fragment.
