Description

This striking mid-century graphic print, titled "La Ciudad Encantada" (The Enchanted City), is a tribute to the historic city of Old San Juan, Puerto Rico. Created by acclaimed artist Nilda Boada, the piece features a bold, high-contrast woodcut-style illustration of a cobblestone street leading toward a colonial church under a night sky.

The right side of the print features a poetic dedication in Spanish, describing the "magic" of the city, its blue stone streets, ancient walls, and the golden light of sunset. A small inscription at the bottom right commemorates the 450th anniversary of San Juan (1521–1971) and the 90th anniversary of Banco de Economías, the oldest bank in Puerto Rico at the time.
