This striking piece is an authentic vintage exhibition poster from legendary Miami outsider artist Purvis Young's historic show, The Angels Exhibition 2007, which ran from November 16, 2007, to February 1, 2008, in Dania Beach, Florida.
The poster features a bold, vibrant reproduction of one of Young's iconic, expressive angel figures, rendered with his characteristic thick, energetic brushstrokes and a rich color palette of bright greens, yellows, purples, and blues. Adding incredible value to this collectible ephemera, the poster has been hand-signed "Young" vertically in black marker along the upper left margin by the artist himself.
(Note: The metallic weights seen at the four corners are temporary styling elements used to hold the piece flat for photography and are not part of the artwork).
