Description
This mid-century modern limited-edition lithograph features a stylized, whimsical European street scene depicting a quaint village center. The architectural structures, including a corner café and a gallery or shop marked with an "ART" sign, are rendered with playful, slightly skewed perspectives and expressive black ink outlines. Selective blocks of vibrant red, yellow, green, and blue hand-colored elements accentuate the neutral, tan-toned paper ground. A bare, silhouetted tree and a classic streetlamp anchor the right side of the composition next to a small red park bench. The piece is hand-signed "Ratelle" and numbered 26/200 in cursive script in the lower right quadrant.
