The ornamentation includes heavy moriage (raised enamel) accents and intricate geometric gilding characteristic of the Meiji and Taisho eras. The larger ovoid vase depicts a prominent indoor courtly scene, while the smaller globular jar and long-necked bottle vase feature varied figural groupings and dense brocade patterns. Each piece exhibits a fine crackle glaze and sits on a recessed foot with marks on the underside.
