Description
A finely decorated Chinese porcelain bowl featuring a distinctive lobed, petal-form rim highlighted with a gilt edge. The interior and exterior are meticulously hand-painted in the Famille Rose (fencai) palette, showcasing elegant "Court Ladies" or "Scholars" in a serene garden landscape.
The figurative medallions are framed by a dense, vibrant mille-fleurs (thousand flowers) decorative border, featuring a variety of peonies, chrysanthemums, and lotus blossoms in pink, yellow, and blue enamels. The base bears a four-character iron-red Qianlong seal mark (Da Qing Qianlong), consistent with high-quality 20th-century decorative export wares.
